Updated GNU stuff on skeeve

I have updated bison, grep, and diff, all from the GNU project, in the
anonymous UUCP directory on skeeve. The diff tar file no longer need to be
extracted as root, but grep has a subdirectory, so it still does. Bison
has not changed much, except it now has a bison.texinfo documentation file.
