One of the commands "voice_news" on the System software for the
VOICE Power board mentioned this:

"Voice Library
  ...
Full documentation of the voice library is included in the
  VAR Toolkit Users Manual.
  ...

Documentation

Due to the increased number of man pages associated with VOICE POWER,
they are no longer installed with the System Software release. They
are provided in the VAR Toolkit Users Manual."

What is this? Where can I get a copy, since I work for an AT&T VAR.

Is there a way of splitting off phone cables in such a way that you
don't loose functionality of the Phone Manager (ph0) and the dialing
in and out, when you have to hook up the phone wires to the voice power
board LINE and SET (RJ11) telephone jacks?
---
Again some of this must be in the documentation [yet, another plea for
a possible copy of this? :-)] but how do you tell the voice card you
want to record from the "audio-in" jack instead of from the phone speaker.
(ie. recording of music from an external source (CD player, etc..))
