DVI to NEC P6/P7 or Epson LQ* program needed

Does anyone know of a DVI to NEC P6/P7 (or Epson LQ series) converter
program.  I would prefer one that takes advantage of the 360x360 dpi
graphics capability.

Unfortunately, dvieps from the Beebe dvi programs won't do, as it assumes
that there are 216 dpi vertically, which the P6 cannot do.  I suppose I
could modify it, but before I try to do that, I would prefer to see if
someone else has something I could use.
