3.51c about to be released?

A revised kernel is being worked on but is still in testing, and
several elusive bugs are still being tracked down. There will be
a new kernel (probably called 3.51c) but I wouldn't say its release

As I understand it, the Hotline folks were shipping 3.51b for about
two weeks, at which point some significant bugs surfaced and they
pulled it. The 3.51c kernel (or whatever it'll be called) should
fix these problems and more.
