uw client for the 3b1

I'm posting a copy of my uw client for the 3b1 to unix-pc.sources.

It is something that I put together rather quickly, so it's still pretty
much a hack.  But it seems to work for me.  Hack status of course implies
very limited documentation....  I've put the same restrictions on the
program as are on the original 'uw' program.  In order to use this program
you need the 'uw' server on the host -- if it's not available it can be
found in some archive somewhere (if you're really lost send me mail).
The host must be running 4.2bsd or something compatible.

Send me bug reports (with fixes even!) or enhancements or suggestions.
No promises though.
