I have located a relatively recent copy of the ka9q tcp/ip documentation.
I have placed this, along with the source and an executable, on lazlo
for anonymous UUCP.

Files are available for downloading at 300/1200/2400 baud.  MNP class 3
is supported.

all files are in /usr/spool/uucppublic, so to extract the CONTENTS
file request "lazlo!~uucp/CONTENTS".  NOTE: wild cards are NOT
supported.
