AT&T Support & Low End machines (was Re: Too much cross-posting?)

If AT&T is giving away 400's, where are they?  I will take 2 for myself.

The 400 is a good machine is is one of the most reliable machines
I have seen.  The speed is not as fast as a 386 but it is more
reliable.
