New ksh for 3b1, how to get?

A week or so ago someone compared the ksh at The STORE!(tm) with
the stock ksh on the 3b1.  Is The STORE!(tm) version available to
mere mortals?  I don't see it in my catalog, but then again, I
haven't updated it in a while.  I suppose it's yet another wonderful
thing at The STORE!(tm) that's not available to us po' folk.
