What's the speed of the stock 20Mg drive in a 7300?

Hello,

I was reading the news today and I noticed that someone posted an
article saying that the speed of the Miniscribe disk that comes with
a unix-pc (7300) has 80ms seeks.  Is this accurate?  For some reason I
thought that they had 28ms seeks.
