Amendum to Patch #4 to Pcomm v1.1

Oops... Let me make a small amendum to Patch #4 to Pcomm v1.1

As distributed, the patch will change the Doc file to read:

	NOTE:  Pcomm drops the DTR (Data Terminal Ready) before  sending
	the hang up string.

When it should be obvious that I meant *after* sending the hang up string.
After applying the patch, you should change the Doc file to read:

	NOTE:  Pcomm drops the DTR (Data Terminal Ready)  after  sending
	the hang up string.
