Need MTOOLS

I have seen the recent patches (2 and 3) to mtools 1.5.  I captured them,
and I'm just getting around to trying them.  It turns out that the last
version I have is mtools 1.4, and I have to patches to it.

If 1.5 is just 1.4 with a patch, I need the patch.

If things are more normal, I need 1.5 and the first patch.

Could some kind soul (not too many hops away) help me out???
