Disappearing function call

If you are willing to write extra parentheses but want them to match,
write this:

	#ifdef DEBUG
	#define debug(x) debug_ x
	#else
	#define debug(x) /* empty */
	#endif

and call as follows:

	debug((x, y, z, ...));
