Ordering the proposed ANSI standard

I often refer people to Global Engineering Documents for the dpANS.
I call Global from time to time and they always assure me that they
DO have the current (December 7, 1988) draft and that it does come
with the Rationale.  Have others had problems getting the current
draft from them?

I just called again and was again told that they have the 12/7/88
draft and Rationale for $70.  They have always treated me efficiently and
courteously on the phone.  Call 800-854-7179 and ask for the Sales
Department.  You want document X3.159.
