Looking for book about VISUAL style of C programs

We are just about to start on a fairly large project.  I am looking for a book
to be used as a starting point for keeping the project VISUALLY consistent,
e.g., use of braces, indentation, function documentation, use of header
files, etc.  Something like the CBE style guide, but for programming.

Thank you for any suggestions you may have.
