Looking for a PL/M to C converter

Anyone got details of a PL/M86 to C converter, either PD or commercial,
or are there reasons why one should not exist (apart from the limited
interest in PL/M)? Development enviroment could be SUN3, VAX(Ultrix) or PC,
target system is a 68020 SBC.
