BASIC to C translator wanted (or BASIC interpreter)

	The subject says it all.  I'm looking for a BASIC to C translator,
or maybe a Public Domain BASIC implemented in C.  Worst case, a commercial
product might even be considered, but it would have to be portable.  No,
I don't normally program in BASIC...

P.S.  I would have cross-posted to comp.lang.basic, but it doesn't seem
to exist...  Nor does comp.lang.cobol.  I wonder why? :-)
