This book, and "Data Structures: an Advanced Approach Using C"
(sorry, cant recall author or ISBN) are by far the best books 
available on Data Structures for C when it comes the well-written,
well structured, readable source-code.

(Sedgewick and Tenebaum/Augestein have C editions of their texts out now:
Sedgwick is brilliant but writes super-ugly code; T&A are great and 
cover a lot more but the code is not as well written).

I strongly recommend this book (although I am unsure about the availability
of the source).
