NN patch distribution lossage

I'm having problems sending NN patches to some people -- either their UUCP
site isn't registered, or phase-of-the-moon stuff is getting in the way.  If
you've mailed me a request and haven't gotten a reply from either me or a
mailer daemon, my reply probably got dropped on the floor by someone.
