Vnews - 4.1bsd changes and Vt100 virtterm interface

Changes necessary to vnews to run on 4.1bsd:

1) growline is abbreviated to growlin line 1130 in visual.c

   Fix: add an "e" on the end.

2) fcntl.h (a USG'ism) is included even if not needed in visual.c.
   Fix: move it into #ifdef USG


Since we have vt100's (mostly) I developed a quick virtterm interface
for them.   Ask if you want it (>4 requests and I will post it).
