Wanted: Help on SUMMACC

Does anyone have information about SUMMAC?  This compiler for the Macintosh
evidently was posted to the net a while ago but no one has been able to tell
me when.

I assume that SUMMAC is a c compiler that runs on a system other than a Mac
and transfers the executable code to the Mac.  I use a VAX 11/780 that runs
UNIX System V.

Any and all help would be appreciated.
