'id(1)' non-proprietary rewrite

As announced in net.{unix-wizards|micro|unix}, this is the non-
proprietary source and man page for a rewrite of the 'id(1)'
program.  Note that it mimics the 'real' command, with the exception
of fs info, and more detailed failure info.  It is a shar archive; run
only with the Bourne shell or derivatives.  As usual, report questions,
bugs{&|}fixes, etc. to me via mail.
