dial-in & dial-out on SysIII/V modem

   In recent months there have been some programs posted that allow
a single modem port to be used for both dial-in and dial-out.
Does anyone have such a program, or ideas for one, that would work
on a System III/V system that doesn't support /etc/ttys ?
