	I got some great documentation on the news system from this
	service a couple weeks ago.  It was posted by seismo!rick.
	It looked like troff stuff, but when I tried to nroff it to
	the screen using a variety of macros, it didn't work.  I got
	all sorts of weird errors, and none of it even came out
	legible.  I'm sure others out there have been successful--
	how about helping out a desperate, overworked system
	administrator on this one.
