What is the input voltage range for the Unix PC?

Hi,

Does anyone know the range of tolerable input voltage ranges for
the Unix PC. Due to the heat, demand and a minor disaster at our
substation, we are currently liming along at 99.7 volts, rather
than the customary 119.5 here at impulse's abode.

There doesn't seem to be any nameplate rating on the back of the
machine or in accompanying manuals. I looked through "AT&T Unix PC
Owner's Manual" and its loose inserts as well as "AT&T Unix PC
Getting Started". Several placed do mention that that Unix PC does
need to be plugged in. Good enough, but there don't seem to be any
references as to what constitues an acceptible power source.

I first noticed the power bug when my UPS switched into standby
mode continuously, eventhough the house lights stayed on.
Apparently, going below 100 v RMS is what triggers the UPS. I
moved impulse over to a regular wall outlet at 99.7 volts. Impulse
seems to be working alright for now. If this brown-out keeps up, I
guess it is time to scrape up a ferro-resonant transformer to get
the voltage back to 120.

Only one device -- a JVC video color processor -- seems to be
bothered by running at only 99.7 volts. It has a very nasty hum
bar in the picture now. Amazingly, the monitors and TV don't seem
to be showing noticable shrinkage in the picture.
