Toggling through windows on unixpc

With ford's capcntrl driver you can toggle through ALL windows with
suspend/resume.  Can anyone think of a way to use a similar pair of 
keys to toggle between slected windows?  Just to rotate through 
"Unknown Contents" windows, for example, without having to go through
all the other open application windows like the office manager and phone
manager, etc.

It would be nice.
