You should have your sales person check their Sales Manual.
In general, at the end of the entry for every product, it
either has an attribute specification that orders the product
in dual media (you get both 5.25" and 3.5" media) or one or
the other.  For 386 Unix 3.2.2 specifying attribute MSF14
for 5.25" media, or MSF19 for 3.5" media will get you the
appropriate media.  The same goes for C issue 5.  C issue
4.1.6 uses attributes SOF14 for 5.25" media and SOF19 for
3.5" media.

This is common throughout the AT&T products.  My Sales Manual
is dated 2/1/90, and updates are shipped monthly.
