Help needed: Does anyone have a berkeley lpd running on Irix?

We have lpd and transcript running on our SGIs, however the tty code was
sufficiently ugly that (since our PS host is a Sun) we didn't rewrite the 
local serial print stuff. It works more or less like a charm.
