directory write but no delete???

	I have a user who would like for users to be able to create files in
a directory (owned by that user) but not delete files from that directory 
(unless "self-owned").  Setting the sticky bit would normally solve this, but
the SGIs/IRIX don't do the sticky bit thing.  Is there a workaround for this
that I could use?
