tops for *.bw

I have seen in the past postings asking for tops which will let *.rgb images
to be converted to *.ps and then be able to psview them. I have something that
does the job, BUT it needs *.bw rather than *.rgb. Which means *.rgb needs to
be converted to *.bw by tobw.
