4MB SIMS for SGI 4D25(PI)

Has any one used 4MB SIMS on Personal Iris 4D25s. As far as I know
SGI sales onlt 2MB SIMS. Are there any third party 2 or 4 MB SIMS 
available.  If you know the source and reliability of these SIMS
