Request for comments on Power C

[Cliff Hathaway]

We're considering obtaining the Power C parallel-izing compiler.  Times being
what they are, fiscally-speaking, we'd like to have some input from anyone who
has experience with this product before we take the plunge.

We're running Irix 3.3.2 on a 4-processor 340VGX.
