CW font in Documenter's Workbench

I have a document that wants to set the CW font in psroff. We don't
have it in SGI's /usr/lib/font that came with DWB as a layered 
product. The document has some flaws, mainly with borders, probably
because the fall back font is not ideal for how the document wants
to look.
Is this font available to ftp from somewhere?
