Public Domain drawing program -> postscript??

Is there a public domain drawing program that runs under either sunview or
xview/news and produces encapsulated postscript output.  The program
should permit the editing of bezier curves by dragging the hinge and
control points in the manner of superpaint.  It would be nice if the
program ran under SUN OS4.1, but I can make do with a program that runs
under SUN OS3.5 for a while.
