There have been a few changes to the previously-posted program. Also,
note that the pre-registration only runs TEN MORE DAYS. Domestic
registrations postmarked after November 20 will not get the
pre-registration discount. Foreign preregistrations must be postmarked on
or prior to November 13. PHONE PREREGISTRATION (MC or VISA) will be
accepted till November 26. See below.
