Problem in the terminfo directory for SunOS-4.1

While attempting to get checksums of all files on the /usr partition, I
found a problem in what is supposed to be the entry for "wyse30".

The problem is that the file name ends with a colon and a backslash.  I
keep the table-of-contents of all the distribution tapes online, and found
that the problem exists with the Sun-3 1/2 inch tapes and the PSR_A
release for SPARC-490.
