Escher and pname - how do they relate ?

The question might seem a little strange :-)

Actually, when trying to use escher, I get the error message
"/dev/dsk/c6d0s9 previously pnamed"

There is no such slice nor device. I have slices up to c6d0s8,
with slices 7 and 8 being eschatology systems.
I created the partitions using dp, so I'm not sure wether they
are real OK... (They work, tho, swap & root & usr & the rest)

Also, I can't call any 800 support line since I'm in Sweden, but
bought A/UX from the US...
