Where is t defined?

I am trying toport some SUN code.  I am having difficulty with the macros
in sys/ttycom.h
Most of these macros use t.  Yet t is not defined in ttycom.h.  There is a
reference to it in ioccom.h that says:
 *   t  sys/ttycom.h                    (possible overlap)
but it is not defined in ttycom.h!

Any help is welcome.
