9600 baud connections

Alphacm (XBBS - 714-898-8634) now supports 9600 baud connections. Unfortunately,
the connections are NOT Telebit compatible but Hayes/MicroComm (V.29). For the
users of my system, you may want to take advantage of the increased baud rate
for faster file transfers.
