Pertchart drawing

Hello out there.

I need to have a program which draws pertcharts for me.

The situation here is that a project management tool generates
a outputfile with milestones and the activities between them.
How the format of this will be is a matter of implementation.

The output of the drawing however must be at least in postscript
but it would be nice to have it in troff's pic format.
(Algorithems will do also.)

Does somebody have any idea's about a solution ?
