environment for uux-ed commands

Is there any way to set the environment for a command that is to be executed
on a remote system via uux? I would like to use the environment variable
UU_USER (set by HDB/UUCP to the username of the person who uux-ed the command)
to control which users on a remote system may execute a command on the local
system, and I wonder how secure this is.
