Who is supplying commercial versions of Rand's E editor?

A little while ago I got some junk mail from a company that was offering
commercial (supportted) versions of the Rand editor 'E'.  At the time,
I wasn't interested, but now it's no longer "junk mail".  Does anybody
out there know the company.
