One for the Sendmail gurus

[91erm at bigbird.cc.williams.edu]

Occasionally the past few weeks I've been getting messages
from the sendmail daemon which say
	sendmail: AB11146: locked
I know the AB11146 is a queue file, but what on earth does
this locked error mean ?

Help appreciated -- I don't have time to learn the source code.
