ra82 support in 4.3Bsd

(BSD calls them `partitions', not `slices'.)

All you need do is add size tables for the ra82 (and, if you boot off
the ra82, and you boot off other than partition `a', offset tables in
stand/uda.c).  (I assume the standard 4.3BSD driver distinguishes between
different kinds of RA disks---we never used it; we use my driver.)

You get to make up the sizes yourself.

Alternatively, switch to 4.3BSD-tahoe and put a disk label on the RA82.
