Reverse LAT connection

i know people have asked this question not too long ago, but i have
lost any replies that may have arrived.

i need to make a "reverse" lat connection: connect from one lat
service (an ultrix machine) to another host which is only connected to
the terminal server, a decserver 200. i have seen the program in
digital's ethernet communication servers documentation to allow dialup
access to a port on the term server. i don't need anything that
fancy, even. in vms, it could be done with a set host /dte (or some
similar type) command, and connect directly to that port on the term
server. what is the easiest way to do it from an ultrix machine.
(this is purely a tcp/ip network, btw.)

please e-mail any replies. thanks!
