Compiling tcsh

A friend of mine is trying to install tcsh on a HPUX machine.  He
mentioned to me that csh sources are required to compile tcsh.  Does
anyone have any experience in installing tcsh (under HPUX prefered)
that would be willing to provide any tips, or would know where csh
sources could be found.
