Looking for Wiring Hardware

Ok, these looked like the best groups to post this in.

I'm looking for a db15 metal hood that is bent at 90 degrees in
 the following fashion (no I'm not an artist)

      |    |
      |    |
      |    |___
      |        |
      |        |
      |________|

The dimensions are x and z not x and y which is available from AMP 
and others.  A basic description would be it comes out of the back 
of the machine and turns 90 degress up the wall (not out to the 
side.)

If you have any information pertaining to this please let me know.
I am in need of such a beast and don't know of any manufactures that
sell it.
