Changing the keyboard for a SPARC +1 to Swedish

Hi, 

I have a little problem with a change of keyboards. I'm now running
on a US keyboard type 4, but want a swedish one.
I changed to Swedish and added some rows to my .cshrc file:
	setenv LC_CTYPE iso_8859_1
	stty pass8
BUT all keys except for the swedish characters worked.
Is there anyone with some experience in changing keyboards out
there?
