Forwarding mail under system V

I am using Amdahl's unix, UTS, which is I gather a sys V
(at least I miss a lot of BSD stuff!).

I use the ~/.forward file to point to my elm filter rules
and it works fine.

Have you actually tried using the ~/.forward file?
