NIC documents wanted

[]How do I go about obtaining Network Information Center documents 
[](ie. RFC 780: "Mail Transfer Protocol")????

No problem. NIC runs an automated mail system that allows you to request all
available documents.
 
service at nic.ddn.mil

Use the SUBJECT field to make requests as the message body is generally
ignored. To request the document you mentioned above the Subject line should
read:

Subject: SEND RFC 780

For a help file on service at nic.ddn.mil, say:

SEND HELP
