Good Termcaps Wanted for Televideo 955/965

I'm using 386 Xenix 2.3.2 with Televideo 905, 965.  I'm looking for good
termcaps for the 965, or at the very least a good 955 termcap.  It doesn't
need to be a termcap from a SCO Xenix system.. I'll adapt as needed.

I'll post a summary/termcaps to comp.unix.xenix.sco.
